Patricia Peacock and I were married in 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia, where Pat grew up. I grew up in Moosup, Connecticut. Pat and I met on a blind-date in 1956 when she was in nursing school in Richmond, Virginia and I was in the U. S. Army taking the Basic Officer's Course at Fort Lee, Virginia. Photo to left above shows the newly-weds in France, Dec. 1957. Photo to left is of Pat, me, and Lady Di. on Hilton Head Island, Above photo is our Maine house entry.

I grew up in New England, attending public schools in Moosup, Connecticut, high school at Tabor Academy, and graduating from Bowdoin College in 1956. I later graduated from the Owner-President's Course at Harvard Business School.
Pat grew up in Dunwoody, Georgia. She attended Morgan Falls Grammar School and graduated from North Fulton High in Buckhead, a superb of Atlanta. She graduated from Saint Joseph's School of Nursing and later earned her undergraduate degree in Art at Furman University and her Master's Degree in Theatre Arts at the University of Georgia.

House to the left is the Haskell's main house on Hilton Head Island, SC and to the right is the Maine house in So. Bristol. Lily and Lady Di abide in both.

Pat and I worked together in our textile business and live-professional theatre business for almost as long as we've been married.

Now we are retired and have travelled to a Number of European countries on the TLC Doll Tours. Pat has officially become a Doll Doctor and joined the Doll Doctors of America. She has repaired lots of dolls and showed her doll-collection recently at the Charm-Charleston Doll Club meeting at our house. Pat paints, reads, enjoys movies, and cooks great meals. I read, write, swim, care for our dog and cats, and watch over our investments. In Maine—our summer gat-a-way—we enjoy our small house and catching up with friends and family.
